MECHANICAL FAILURE

  • All vehicles and AC units are covered under the OEM's AMC and roadside assistance plans.
  • Roadside assistance will arrive within the designated time frame.
  • Vehicles come with a set of tool kits and spare belts.
  • Drivers receive training to handle minor issues.
  • A relief vehicle, along with expert personnel, is dispatched immediately.

AIR CONDITION FAILURE

  • Containers are engineered to uphold temperature levels for a duration spanning 3 to 4 hours.
  • Carrier AC units are installed in vehicles, supported by service stations across India.
  • Drivers undergo training to diagnose and resolve minor issues with the unit remotely.
  • Each air conditioning unit is equipped with its own engine and battery, ensuring continuous operation even if the vehicle's engine is compromised.
  • In case of emergencies, a relief vehicle with skilled personnel is dispatched promptly.

VEHICLE ACCIDENT

When a vehicle experiences an accident or engine failure, the following steps are adhered to:

  • The initial customer is notified.
  • The vehicle is cleared for departure from the nearest station.
  • If goods are damaged, an FIR (First Information Report) is filed.
  • Upon the customer's approval, the goods are transferred to another vehicle.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

  • Our fleet undergoes regular maintenance under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to prevent incidents like the one described. Prior to deployment, our drivers receive comprehensive training.
  • Every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with emergency contact information for swift assistance if needed.
  • In the event of engine damage, our vehicles' air conditioning units remain operational, powered by their independent engines and batteries.
